Service?? what service???

I would like to rate their customer service lower than 1 star if it was possible. i was billed an extra R500.00 for the end of March. i called in on the 4th of March when i received my monthly statement and asked why i was billed the extra amount. i was told that a case would be logged and that it will be resolved before the end of March so that the extra amount will not be deducted. i was also told by the customer care consultant that i would be contacted within 3 days of my call from the accounts department. that did not happen. at the end of March the extra R500.00 was deducted. i immediately called them to get to the bottom of this. i was told that i was given promotion data but they accidentally billed me for that. i was then given two options a refund or an account credit and i opted for the credit. today the 6th of April i received my monthly statement and my account was not credited as i was told it would. i yet again called the customer care center to speak to a consultant which according to him cant help me with this it has to go to the accounts department and but he cant forward me to them or give me another number i can call to get this resolved. i wanted to speak to his supervisor which was not present at the time and was told the she would call me before the end of the day. i'm absolutely disgusted by the level of service i received ,there is NONE its useless. i had to hold calls for more than an hour more than once, to get through to a consultant takes an average time of an hour just to speak to one and the thing that gets me is the fact that i have to explain my story and situation to each new consultant i get and well that just ticked me over and i did use some swear words. if my contract with Telkom expires i will not renew it. for me its not about the money but the useless customer service and the fact that something this small takes more than a month to be resolved which it still inst at the time of writing this.
