Service?? What service??

If I could I would give less than 1 star... We are supposed to have a 10mb line of which we average on a 1mb if we are lucky... Call the call center they can't help us we must go to a branch. Go to a branch that is open until 7pm to be told after waiting 30min oh the technician must help you and he left at 5pm. AND he is off the weekend. Try phoning the other branched this morning to hear if the techs are in to get diverted to the call center every single time. I cannot wait for my stupid contract to end already because then telkom will never see me again!!
