Service unsatisfactory

Telkom service is bad even their customer service is not doing good at all. I have a big problem with Telkom they don't send emails as proof of payment for my account they only ,I've been trying to log in to their portal but it doesn't go through . I wrote two emails with no response requesting the statements from the month of June to November 2023
