Service uncancelled after many notices in 6 month

I have been to Telkom stores many times as well as on the phone many times with customer representatives(10210) and I still cannot have my account fixed. I asked downgrade in March and I was told I am downgraded but I was surprised by the bill that showed the service is still not cancelled. My line has been suspended time and time again due to non payment while I am waiting for the service to be changed. I logged so many calls and I was promised that the account will be fixed during the next billing period but NOTHING DONE! Sometimes I got responses that they cannot work on my account if its suspended and then I paid and still NOTHING DONE. my bill is growing every month and I have no service.
