Service the worse ever

<p>fault 526cnz190516 cable fault 33458</p> <p> </p> <p>We reported the fault a month ago. a truck ripped of cables and pulled out telephone poles. Our business line is not working. I have phone twice a week , emailed, but still no repairs, no technician not investication has been done. just excuses one after the other. i have been told that the tecknician has been to assessed, then that there is no technician. that the cable was on order, then they had to escalate cause they dont know how to fix it.then that they have a back log. latest is that they have to give an alturnative sollution. all of these assessment without even being out to look at the fault. psycic or just useless?</p>
