SERVICE + TELKOM = NO WORDS

I wish it was possible to give negative stars! Since October to date, I have been trying to cancel a service and get my refund, with 13 phone calls later, I am still being spinned the same story. It is beyond PATHETIC service, no wonder people move away. I would rather pay more and get a service than having to work with them ever again. It is laughable - now poeple want to know why you dont support these monopoly businesses anymore. Customer Service is non-existent - you are a number driving their pockets at the end of the day. I will say again PATHETIC
