Service Suspension taken to another level

<p>Telkom had my services suspended on a tuesday and then I made a payment on a thurday the same week and here I am still waiting for them to unsuspend my service. They took money for the last month and this one and I'm still without the internet. I wonder what the reason might be behind this mess, I get it if this was like a punishment for not paying on time but it's been more than 7 days now, come on. </p>
