Service suspended yet account is up to date

Contract up to date but account is suspended its been 2 days with no assistance or whatsoever all I get it will take 72 hours to be resolved yet I pay on time and mind you I rely mostly on the mobile for calls since I work from home.

The 2 days worth of work is gone and no one is going to compensate me for the money lost and I still need to wait for another 3 days.
