Service suspended even when account is paid

I would like to know who to contact since Telkom debited money for my account and then they suspended my services on the 5th of the month. When i called they said the payment does not reflect yet i should wait 24 hours. I waited 24 hour and i am still waiting till today everytime i call them only to get a different excuse when i called today they told me the system was down and i should wait till 15:00 but up until now my services are not working.
