SERVICE SUCKS BIG TIME

im ****ed off because since this morning I bought data via the star 111 star,and it was successful but im unable to use the internet,no whatsapp nothing,its just dead,this morning I had to report to work late but because Telkom can inconvenience the living daylights out of a person I could not report,now I got a warning all thanx to them I mean,if there is downtime it is kosher to inform clients intime, we spend thousands of rands to buy airtime and data and not receive service is just bullshi* everyday I receive calls from people I do not know due to cross line,you seriously need to fix your mobile network and give us the service that we pay for
