Service sucks all departments

I have been paying telkom since the start of my contract then they make they problem my problem Abt people *****ing copper wire I don't have internet since 6 January till now this year I have credit of R844 and converted to fibre on a 12 month contract and still they made me paid R479 for installation on contract and yet no one contacted me regarding installation while I have fibre in my house all they have to do is connect it then they send me another msg saying I have to pay the same amount off money for installation each department send me to the next department and not one of them can help me just a bunch off losers very angry at the service telkom is providing if they treat us like this then they should not have a business at all
