Service sucks
I am very disappointed with the TELKOM service, I am receiving with regard to cancelling my contract!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been trying to cancel this contract since LAST YEAR and no one in that call centre can assist me, I have sent through my cancellation letter over 4 times to 4 different agents and I keep getting the same response "my supervisor will escalate this issue AND WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU" ,What nonsense is this!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN SOMEONE AT TELKOM PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
