Service still not restored.

My internet line has been suspended I have made payment on the 03\06\2016 and also on the 26\062018 and my service is stil suspended and I need it fixed asap I am also making another payment on the 02\07\2018 of R1080 but I need my service restored I have spoken to a few people at telkom over there chat service and one of them was able to assist me into getting my service restored this is very bad service.
