Service so poor it can't be rated
<p>I had a contract with Telkom Mobile for data. I was contacted by a tele-sales rep to upgrade my contract after 24 months. I was told it was R99. When the device was delivered, it was R199 and a brand new contract. Never an upgrade. Then I was stuck with 2 contracts. I tried phoning, visiting a local branch and emails. Still no feedback from them. They blame Sell Direct for the telesales, and sell direct blame Telkom and I keep paying 2 contracts. </p> <p>I am getting no feedback after numerous calls.</p> <p>Please help!</p>
Hi Noleen, I received an email from you to start a follow up and after that nothing. Not another email, call or nothing and yet again more money went out of my account at the end of the month. How long does it take to follow up on a phone call? I gave you the agents name and the tine frame.
