Service Sabotage - Do not use for anything other than landline!

<p>When cancelling my internet services (not my landline) because I found a different ISP with an offering more suitable to me, TELKOM decided unilaterally to cancel my entire service, landline and all. They had absolutely no reason to do this, and so I can only conclude that it was an act of sabotage because they lost out on service provision. I will never use them for anything other than a line rental again (and only because I have to for the time being). Customer service agents have a lax attitude and shows zero ability to solve problems. Dealing with TELKOM feels like dealing with a government department like Home Affairs or the like. Absolutely zero service understanding.</p>
