Service request resolved but no work done
The Telkom line between my house and the neighbours have come loose and are drooping so low, it's practically on the lawn.<br> <br> 26 May: I reported this via their website and was contacted by someone named Molamo Frank, who promised to send a technician. <br> 27 May: Receive a \progress update"SMS to say the fault is \""in hand\"" with the repairs division.<br> 30 May: Receive an SMS to say the problem was fixed. Note how nothing was done"
