Service provider with NO Service !! How disgusting

A service provider with no service!! I have been struggling to make or receive calls, throughout this Easter period, unable to connect to the internet or coverage since the 14th of April, I have tried all methods available but no one can help me, the sad thing is you will proceed to debit my account as if you honored your part of the contract! I can wait for my contracts to end with Telkom. I definitely will not be renewing anything! What a terrible network!
