Service provider who lies to their customers

I knew that Telkom will never follow their promise especially because they have to pay me back my money to this day no response or feedback with regards to my refund and then they now send an invoice with an an believable amount due meaning that they want the refund to be back into their pockets. Guys telkom is not what it seems to portraying the two faced they never pay what is due to you mara they want you to pay for their services. I want to return to my old service provider Still angry ?
