I’m so disgusted in Telkom Customer Service. I would not recommend this service provider. This company is full of *********** staff. I’m so frustrated, I just want to cry ! This people has been adding additional fees to my bill - I’ve been paying it just not to get listed.

I keep calling in spend hours on a call - only for the consultants to drop a call in my face !

Getting told they not able to resolve - manager will call me back. No manager ever calls !

Requesting a call back - never receive any feedback.

GUYS PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE TAKING A CONTRACT OUT WITH TELKOM ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TOO.
