It always gives me such pleasure to pay a compliment when I get exceptional service and that's exactly what I got from a certain Ms Summer-lee at Telkom, Centre point in Milnerton.

At my age and with my experience, I think I know when someone is going the extra mile and Summer-lee certainly did just that.
