service or not??

I want to upgrade from ADSL to LTE. several people have called to offer me faster speed, but the 2mb/s i am paying for, I only get 360kb/s. the lines in front of my house are running intermittendly through water. hence, LTE.<br> <br> beginning December I call, they check, no LTE in my area. Me dissapointed. I play around, see that area has no LTE, 3G nor ADSL coverage. Yet ... I am using ADSL quite happily ....<br> <br> Today, I call again. after 2 1/2 hours, 4 persons (I didnt believe i was gonna speak to so many, so I didnt take names) ... the 3rd man said there is in fact LTE (after conferring to Technician, put me through to lady that as supposed to take details BUT she tells me NO COVERAGE. After explaining YET AGAIN she will get manager aaaand drops the call.<br> <br> So Telkom .... do you want my service aye or nay? But in meantime I'll look for other options ....
