**** Service on the 1st month!!

It's my 1st month with you guys and we are off to a VERY BAD START! How do you debit me on the 14th, when my debit is supposed to go off on the 31st?????? That's 18 DAYS BEFORE MY DEBIT DATE!!!!!! Who does that?
