Service off for more than 5 days

<p>You guys are disappointing! Internet been off in our area since Wednesday. I've logged a call. And nothing! No one gets back to you. We use our internet for business purposes and I am unable to do so because of you guys. When it's time to pay. U expect ur money and u expect it in full. Well tell u what... I will not pay in full. U will give me refund for these five days! </p>
