Service not working for a month and still no help from the company

Telephone service down as from the 13th December 2017 Fault reported Ref number 57CTZ131217 Service number ********** 606 This fault has still not been assigned to a Technician to repair. Visited the Telkom front office on 3 occasions but still no response from the company. This is not acceptable when we have to pay for this service.
