Service not working for 5 days

Internet service not working for 5 days and counting.<br> Takes 40mins t an hour to get through to telkom call centre [10210] only to be told there is problem in the area and they are working on it. Same answer everyday for the last 5 days.<br> Absolutely pathetic service. telkom clueless as usual.<br>
