Service not requested - Web 2050 MobiSites

We have been charged for "Web 2050 MobiSites since July 2018 which no one here asked for (I was new here at the time and didn't think anything of it). Now that I want to cancel the landline and DSL due to service no longer being provided because of cable theft, I was told I have to call a different number to cancel the Web 2050 Mobisites - the number I was given is no longer in use, so I went online to see where I can cancel this. On doing so I realised that Telkom seems to add this to your bill with or without your request. I checked with our Durban office and our MD and neither had requested this service. I need a full refund and this service cancelled please.
