Service not rended

Telkom is really disappointing when it comes to their service, I reported a ****** phone with Telkom and their insurance on the 27th on November 2020,till to date I have not received my phone nor a Sim swap from them, but yet they debit my bank account, I have reversed my debit orders, and now my account has been handed over to Nudept for collections
