SERVICE NOT HONOURED

am so so so disgusted at the trash service i get from Telkom. It is just unbelievable how they give zero ****s about customer care and service. The consultant that called me promised to call e back and confirm that my things are done and send me an updated statement showing that i no longer owe on any of my accounts with Telkom or draft me a letter stating that i am not in arrears.
