Service non existent from Telkom

Canceled by lte adsl couple months ago with telkom as I never got any service/signal at my place. Did all the paperwork and it was canceled, now every month they still deduct the debut order and I have to go to bank to reverse it each time. They ask for papers to check which I give them and then they go silent. They must be the worse ever company as they have 0 service available, yet they advertise for new customers but cannot help them!!! Next step will be legal action againts them
