Service non existent

<p>I appliead for the uncapped LTE service nearly a month ago, and was told teh application was successful, I cant seem to get confirmation of what the status is and my adsl line has now been down for 10 days! today i called 081180 was referred to 10213. was on hold for over 60 minutes untill i gave up and put the phone down. called 10213 was told to call 10210. does anyone know what happening and can anyone actually help me?</p> <p> </p> <p>Your ticket number: # 260 ********** 53order number is AI ********** .</p>
