Service non delivery

On 16 December 2024, during the Black Friday promotion, my husband went to upgrade his contract. We decided on the double deal on the Samsung Galaxy A35 with free Fit 3 Watch and Buds FE. We were informed by the sales consultant that we do not qualify for the freebies, because the promotion is no longer running even though I showed her that the promotion is running until 23 December 2024. We were also informed that they do not have stock, but will order stock, they cannot supply us with an eta. It is now 18 January 2025 and we have still not received our devices and now they won't even be able to activate the contract for R569 per month, because currently the double deal is R599 per month. Whenever we visit the store to check on the status of our request, they try to sell a different device to us, we insist on nothing but SAMSUNG!!! That is unacceptable, as we are loyal Telkom customers for almost ten years and this is the type of service we receive...
