Service? More like Servhell.

I have a stupid Telkom ****le since 2020 Covid. It was great and easy getting the contract. They called doing the offer. The contract ended years ago. I have had more than 10 upgrade calls either by myself or with Telkom themselves or Sister companies doing sales for them. The upgrade has never happened. We go through the motions of bank details, addresses etc. Nothing ever comes of it. I have tried to cancel on the phone, almost impossible. I have tried to cancel on the website - impossible, won't allow. They've also taken their monthly fee this month two weeks early - excuse me? Never again. Can't wait to be rid of them.
