Service levels are non-existent

I am appalled at the lack of customer service received from Telkom. I have literally phoned The Grove, Woodlands, Menlyn, Irene, Kolonnade, Centurion, Wonderboom, Brooklyn and Hatfield branches and NO ONE answers their phones - I have been trying to call all week. I am due for an upgrade and wanted to check stock, but if you are not interested in doing business with me, perhaps I should just cancel the contract instead and take my business elsewhere. Your online team is just as useless - every single device I have tried ordering is "out of stock" and "you won't be receiving any more stock again." WHY IS IT ON YOUR WEBSITE IF YOU WILL NEVER HAVE STOCK OF IT AGAIN. I had the exact same experience with my last upgrade. You would imagine looking forward to being able to upgrade, however Telkom has made it such a frustrating experience that I am at the point of just cancelling everything. This company is an absolute joke.
