Service is really bad it'll turn you into your own Private investigator

<p>So i went to telkom mobile eastgate to sign up for the deal of the month contract. <br /><br />I met a trainee consultant named SK Nzama, who was helping me with my application. It was too quick, she wasnt attentive. I left and followed up the next day with the call centre about my application. They informed me that she had not submitted the 2nd page of my application form nor did she disclose which contract i wanted. so my case was closed.<br /><br />i call the a few times trying to get through to the branch number and i email her to no response. <br /><br />So i decide to do a telephonic application, everything runs smooth. they confirm all my detaills and its been more than 5 days without any feedback. the consultance keep giving me incorrect tracking numbers and service providers who deliver for them and as i type this i am on the phone holding for 15 minutes for someone to tell me where the package is.<br /><br />I've been debited for a product i am not currently using. <br /><br />So meaning ill pay full price for a non delivered product.<br /><br />I wont add my own personal opinion to this review.<br /><br /><br /></p>
