Service is non existent

<p>I have been trying since 10th October 2016 to get an ADSL line cancelled and my phone line transferred to the new owners of our property. We have sent through all required paperwork and everytime I follow up I am told to please resend the e-mails to a different address. Have been going round and round in circles with no success. Very frustrating</p>
