Service is horrible

Im totally disgusted with the appalling service from telkom. Its been 2 weeks that my internet service is down. I've been calling telkom on a daily basis, and still no internet. At first they said it was a tecnical issue. A technician came out who was hopeless,since he could not sort out the problem instead he advi*** to take router into telkom for configuration,which we did and the router workex fine. But coming home it, still showed a red light. Then telkom says its the line. Now they say its an error in the exchange. What the hell!!! Just fix my line for which i pay you.
