Service is a crime

Telkom is still the MOST PATHETIC company in the country, not capable of fixing a ADSL line in 2 months, but clever enough to appoint a person, or maybe a bot to auto respond to complaints, giving the false impression of being a company that responds, that is where it ends. It is so clear in all the complaints that is is just another of JZ's totally useless SoC's, raping the country of any hope of economic stability and growth.
