service has gone to the DOGS

I app**** for a handset, it was approved. at first the girl says the have the phone, but no power bank. I told her I'm desperate for the phone and don't really care about the power bank. she walks to the back of the store, to come back and tell me, there is no stock of the phone and that they will get stock the following week. it's almost 2 weeks now, no one calls me to give me an update and when I do drive there to enquire, all they say is they don't know when stock will come. I then call the contact centre, they first tell me they don't have stock and then they tell me they do have stock but do not have the power bank. (I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE POWER BANK) I need the phone. they then tell me, I need to go back to the store to get the girl to cancel, in order to apply with them.
