Service has been HORRIFIC!

<p>Experience has been HORRIFIC.</p> <p>I've been paying for a phone that I haven't been using as it has been in repairs for nearly two months.</p> <p>The consultants haven't been responding, and this is unacceptable. The stores phones are always OFF, and if it's not off, then it's not being answered by the consultants. This really is unacceptable.</p> <p>I'm really disappointed in the service that I have received this far, and I am never recommending Telkom to anyone ever again, in fact, I'll dissuade all potential customers from ever using your services.</p>
