Service gone bad - ref ***

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I had a Telkom line a few years ago but then relocated and never have the need for it again. However, I recently decided to get the line as we need the wifi for growing toddler & my wife wants to be able to talk to her family for longer as they are far off. I app**** for the line almost 3 weeks ago & got a date for 06/09/16 the guy came out looked @ a pole that is bent and said the box needs to be fixed. The funny thing is that all the houses around me have Telkom lines with no problem even my landlord. Anyway they said they will be back and I still haven't heard from them and the worst part is I complained on Twitter & got a response for every complaint but still no feedback as to when they coming. I don't know who's service is worst, the technician or the social media assistants! You guys are now voted WORST SERVICE from me. Me adding a line is the start of your income, clearly you don't like business anymore. Ref ********** 90 </p>
