Service from Telkom is poor and disappointing

I am so disappointed in Telkom, we have relocated from JHB to Durban and have waited so long for them to come and sort out our wifi and landline. I called them last week and they informed that someone will come out on the 4th of June. Since we are working I had arranged for someone to be at home as Telkom just pitches up. However, this was wasted as no one from Telkom came home. Again showing the pathetic service we receive from this company. We are still paying for these services even though it is not fixed. Please can Telkom solve this urgently.
