**** service from Telkom call centre

My husband was listed on the credit bureau for R456, which he wasn't even aware of no calls or communication was made to him , only when I did a credit check I picked that up. We settled that balance over a week now. We have been calling the Telkom call centre 081 180 and they keep telling us that they have sent the paid up letter when it wasn't received asking for the manager the manager is always "busy"only when theres a query. Such useless bunch of assholes. Paid up letter not sent till now and no one want to help us there.
