******* service from telkom and their subcontractors frogfoot

They installed fiber at my house and it worked 3 hours and after it stopped working. I called them so many times and nothing happens, they send me from one technician to the other which has never helped. It has been 4 weeks now the issue has never been resolved. On the other hand frogfoot keeps reporting lies that they have fixed it but nothing has been done for 4 weeks. I am tired of them.
