**** SERVICE FROM TELKOM

someone at telkom gave out some ********* an iPhone and 2 data contracts under my name. last year october i was billed R764 and this was debited from my bank account without my consent. i reversed this nonsense after i went to telkom store and told them to sort out their sh*t as i have no contract with them. they sent an email to the ***** department. the following month they debited some six thousand rand from my flippin account again!!! AGAIN i had to reverse this which flippin cost me money. This was all last year Oct/Nov 2020. Last week April 2021, I get an sms telling me that my ****** account has been handed over to some flippin lawyers for collection and that i must pay ****** R14 000!!!!!! R 14 ****** THOUSAND!!!! THAT TIME IM HAVING A FREAKIN PRE-PAID WITH TELKOM. THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE SH*TTIEST NETWORK EVER. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE PROVIDER AS THEIR SERVICE IS ****. WHEN YOU GO INTO THE STORE THEY CANT EVEN ASSIST YOU, THEY TELL U TO CALL ****** CUSTOMER CARE WHICH ALSO PROVES TO BE USELESS. TELOM PLEASE SORT YOUR SH*T OUT. MY NUMBER IS ***. GET ONTO YOUR SYSTEM AND SORT THIS MESS OUT
