I would like to commend Mondo for solving a problem I had regarding a Vodacom product sold to me that did not meet the stated expectations. A lady named Kimona, contacted me within a day of my complaint via my cellphone, and apologized profusely for the ordeal I had been put through on behalf of Mondo. Kimona immediately cancelled the deal and awarded me with an unexpected payment for being placed in this situation.
