*****. service from Helkom Cell No *** 7488 contract upgrade Ref ***A and ************44 In the last week of December 2021 I phone 10213 and ask to upgrade this phone no with the Dec 2021 special of the Freeme 3 GB where I get a 1 000 telkom min and 50 other network minutes with other Data and Whup benefits and a Samsung A 12 handset for R 229 per month. All my personal details were taken and I was informed I will receive my new Samsung phone in 7 to 10 days. Just after 10 Jan 2021 I phoned to confirm I have not received my new phone yet. A few days later I phoned again and it was confirmed that my phone is currently at the dispatch center. With the next call I was informed it was enroute with the courier. A few days later I phoned again and stated I have not received my phone yet. Telkom confirmed that my phone was received and activated. I stated the reason for my call is to query why I haven't received my Samsung phone yet. I was informed that they will investigate. On 1 Feb 2022 Tekom deducted R 388.88 ( New contract R 229, R 100 for phone *** and top up airtime of R 60). I phoned again and confirmed that Telkom is taking my money and I have not receive my phone yet Now Telkom and you inform me that "there has been no order created". Yet it was confirmed that my phone was at the dispatch center, then it was delivered to me which I did not not receive, and yet Telkom deducted the R 229 for the new contract. Then I received an SMS in early Feb that stated that this number is now converted to a prepaid number, which I never asked for. I state again. I signed up for the 3 GB freeme special in Dec 2021 with a Samsung A12 phone which I have not received yet, but already started paying for it. Please sort your admin and inhouse problems out and send my phone asap. I have asked numerous times for someone to phone me to sort this out. Yet no one phoned me to give me a answer to sort out my problem And please do not change anything on my primary number. John
