Service fom Telkom non existent

I app**** for a idsl line months ago and was approved. Since then they contacted me 3times via a message to tel me that they wil be at my house on a certain date and some one must be there for it's a whole day installment. I took of work each time to be at my house and each time no one pitched up. I think it is totally bad service and will advise all I know to stay away from Telkom.
