The level of service at their Ngebs branch is the worst kind of service you can face they don't have any desire to assist a person and today when I went there to get a Sim swap for my contract Sim after traveling 100km to my nearest branch they tell me they offline and can't do any Sim swaps and I had better run to get to another store before they close. This isn't even the first time I have received this kind of service there I would advice anyone to refrain from opening anything here.
