**** service false advertising

I have taken a LTE wifi package out with telkom and since the day its active I have been experiencing problems with the connection.I have called in countless times regarding this and they have told me wait 3 months fibre will be installed it is now 4 months nothing has being done.I have now called in to cancel the contract and none of their assistants can even tell me when my last debit date would be.i really find this very unacceptable and the service you receive is really pethetic
