Service failure!

Guys 1 star is too good for them! Paid every single month now they suspended my account escalated the matter in the week with the chat consultant Lindiwe yesterday they debited my account again for an amount due at the end of the month had to reverse the debit order at the bank now I need to wait another 48 hours for my account to be active. Contacted them again this morning same consultant telling me they escalated it again! Looked at the other reviews no responses to the review because they do not know what customer service!! Please stay away from your own good
